Could this be THE ONE?

Yesterday we went to an open house in Malden where we saw this really cute condo. The unit includes the 2nd floor (plus finished attic) of this house, half of a 2 car garage and a good sized fenced in yard on a quite street. It was nice. REALLY nice. In fact it was so nice that we are contemplating putting in an offer.
